Walaupun aplikasi Mobiva Citizen berjalan di belakang tabir sepanjang masa supaya anda menerima notifikasi amaran / pengumuman, aplikasi Mobiva Citizen tidak mengambil maklumat lokasi GPS anda secara berterusan. Maklumat lokasi GPS anda hanya akan diambil sewaktu anda menghantar makluman amaran bencana alam dia halaman Bencana alam dan Bantuan perubatan kecemasan sahaja.

Keserasian

Aplikasi Mobiva Citizen hanya tersedia di dalam peranti Android mudah alih sahaja buat masa kini.

Ciri-ciri minima OS Android yang diperlukan untuk menggunakan aplikasi Mobiva Citizen adalah versi 5.0 dan ke atas.

Pendaftaran

Sila semak jika syarat berikut sesuai dengan peranti mudah alih anda dan ikut cadangan langkah berikut.

  • Nombor telefon anda adalah nombor dari negara luar negara dan tidak dilitupi oleh pihak Mobiva Citizen.
  • Tetapan pesanan mesej ringkas anda telah diaktifkan fungsi penapisan.
  • Liputan kawasan anda berada sedang dalam keadan lemah.
  • Nombor telefon anda gunakan adalah bukan dari kategori nombor panggilan. Sila rujuk pada syarikat telekomunikasi tersebut.
  • Jika anda masih tidak menerima kod ringkas OTP selepas menyemak dan mengikut langkah di atas, sila rujuk kepada kami melalui laman sesawang https://mobiva.net/contact-us

Log masuk ke akaun

Pengesahan kod ringkas OTP berkemungkinan akan gagal jika anda memohon lebih dari satu. Sila gunakan kod ringkas OTP yang terbaru diterima dan cuba sekali lagi. Jika akaun anda masih baru dan belum pernah disahkan oleh aplikasi Mobiva Citizen, sila tekan pada butang ‘ Daftar Pengguna Baru’ atau pada butang ‘Sing in with Google’. Sila ikut langkah pendaftaran untuk mendapatkan pengesahan kod ringkas OTP melalui aplikasi mesej ringkas anda. Mengurus Akaun

Anda tidak boleh menukar alamat email yang telah didaftarkan dalam aplikasi Mobiva Citizen. Namun, anda boleh menukar nombor telefon yang didaftarkan melalui halaman Profil. Pada ruangan nombor telefon, sila taipkan nombor telefon yang baru dan tekan butang kemaskini. Skrin mini akan dipaparkan dan anda perlu memasukkan nombor telefon yang baru dan tekan butang Saya pasti. Satu kod ringkas OTP akan dihantar ke aplikasi mesej ringkas anda untuk tujuan pengesahan.

Anda boleh kemaskini gambar profil anda dengan menekan butang ikon bulat pada ruangan atas sebelah kiri halaman Profil. Pilih gambar yang sesuai melalui aplikasi kamera anda atau dari aplikasi galeri gambar anda untuk menukar gambar profil anda. Anda boleh mengemas kini semua maklumat profil anda kecuali nama pengguna & alamat email.

Nombor kontak kecemasan boleh dikemaskini dengan menekan butang Kontak atau memasukkan nombor telefon. Sila tekan butang Simpan setelah selasai memilih atau memasukkan nombor telefon kontak kecemasan anda.

Dengan menyahaktifkan akaun Mobiva Citizen, anda juga membatalkan kesemua poin ganjaran dan yang berkaitan dengan Mobiva Citizen. Sekiranya anda mendaftar semula akaun anda di masa hadapan, sebarang poin ganjaran dan yang berkaitan tidak akan dikembalikan semula. Apabila akaun Mobiva Citizen anda dinyahaktifkan, akaun anda tidak boleh dicapai, dikembalikan dan kekal nyahaktif.

Fungsi-fungsi

Kata laluan yang dimasukkan adalah tidak sah. Sila masukkan alamat email yang didaftarkan dan tekan butang set semula jika anda terlupa kata laluan.

Latih tubi ialah sesi latihan yang memastikan semua orang tahu cara keluar dengan selamat secepat mungkin dan kejadian sebenar adalah kecemasan yang sebenar. Sesi latih tubi berkala biasanya dilaksanakan untuk memastikan semua orang bersedia jika kecemasan benar-benar berlaku.

Lokasi tempat berkumpul adalah tetapan kekal yang tidak berubah. Pengguna awam tidak boleh menukar lokasi tempat berkumpul tersebut. Hanya pegawai keselamatan perbandaran atau petugas bangunan tempatan yang dibenarkan menentukan tempat berkumpul yaang sesuai dan selamat dari bencana alam. Sewaktu proses pemindahan diaktifkan, peta ke kawasan selamat yang ditetapkan oleh pegawai keselamatan perbandaran atau petugas bangunan tempatan akan dipaparkan di dalam aplikasi Mobiva Citizen.

Penyelesaian

Jika anda masih tidak dapat mengemaskini perkhidmatan amaran (bencana alam) ataupun perkhidmatan memohon bantuan, anda berkemungkinan menghadapi masalah perkhidmatan GPS kawasan di dalam peranti mudah alih anda.
Sila pilih tetapan mod Pesawat (flight mode) dalam peranti mudah alih Android anda. Tekan pada butang mod Pesawat untuk mengaktifkan atau menyahaktifkan. Jika aplikasi anda masih tidak boleh dibuka, tindak balas, tutup serta merta atau memaparkan ralat, anda boleh mengikuti langkah tersebut;

Semak sambungan talian
Buka aplikasi pelayar internet anda, taipkan www.google.com dan tekan butang teruskan atau ‘Go’. Jika halaman gagal untuk dipaparkan, maka berkemungkinan anda menghadapi masalah sambungan talian internet. Sila semak manual peranti mudah alih anda atau hubungi pembekal perkhidnatan internet anda untuk memulihkan sambungan talian internet sebelum kembali menggunakan aplikasi Mobiva Citizen.

Semak pengemaskini aplikasi
Di dalam peranti mudah alih Android, sila buka aplikasi tetapan peranti, cari kemaskini aplikasi dan tekan butang kemaskini manual. Fungsinya adalah untuk mencapai kemaskini terbaru yang tersedia oleh Android dan kemaskini yang diperlukan untuk peranti mudah alih anda. Buka aplikasi Google Playstore dan tekan butang aplikasi saya & permainan (My Apps & Games). Jika kemaskini terbaru dari Mobiva Citizen tersedia, sila tekan butang kemaskini. Tutup dan buka semula aplikasi Mobiva Citizen.

Untuk peranti mudah alih Android.
Sila tekan pada butang aplikasi terkini (Recent app) dan cari aplikasi Mobiva Citizen, tolak ketepi aplikasi untuk menutup aplikasi dari berjalan di belakang tabir. Cari dan tekan semula aplikasi Mobiva Citizen di halaman utama peranti mudah alih anda.

Hidupkan semula peranti mudah alih
Tekan butang kuasa (power) peranti mudah alih anda beberapa ketika sehingga skrin peranti dipadamkan. Selepas seminit, tekan semula butang kuasa (power) untuk menghidupkan kembali peranti mudah alih anda. Selesai ke halaman utama peranti mudah alih anda, tekan pada aplikasi Mobiva Citizen.

Memasang semula aplikasi Mobiva Citizen
Sila buka aplikasi Google Playstore dan cari aplikasi Mobiva Citizen. Tekan butang nyahpasang (uninstall) dan tunggu sehingga prosesnya selesai. Setelah selesai, tekan butang pasang (install) dan tekan butang buka setelah proses pasang selesai.

Sekiranya anda terlupa kata laluan, sila tekan pada butang Profil. Tekan pada butang set semula kata laluan.

Sekiranya nombor telefon anda sudah didaftarkan sebagai akaun Mobiva Citizen, anda tidak dibenarkan untuk menggunakan nombor telefon yang sama untuk mendaftar sebagai pengguna baru. Aplikasi Mobiva Citizen tidak membenarkan nombor telefon yang sama bertindih antara dua akaun berbeza. Jika perkara ini berlaku kepada anda, sila tutup dan buka semula aplikasi Mobiva Citizen. Penguna Baru

Untuk memulakan penggunaan Mobiva Citizen, sila ke halaman Google Playstore dalam peranti anda dan muat turun. Tekan pada butang ‘Daftar pengguna baru’ jika belum pernah log masuk. Langkah mendaftar adalah ringkas dan mudah difahami. Laman Google Palystore : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobiVA.Citizen

Dua cara untuk mendaftar sebagai pengguna baru iaitu melalui butang Daftar Pengguna Baru atau melalui butang Sign in with Google.

Makluman mengenai bencana alam ditetapkan mengikut negara yang anda daftarkan. Anda perlu ke halaman Profil dan pilih negara yang anda berada sekarang sebelum menekan butang kemas kini. Bencana alam seperti gempa bumi dan ribut taufan hanya berlaku di negara Filipina. Untuk negara selainnya, hanya makluman mengenai gemba bumi sahaja akan dipaparkan pada halaman Amaran. Jika negara yang anda daftarkan tiada makluman bencana alam, sila tukar pilihan kepada ‘Seluruh dunia’. Namun informasi berikut mungkin tidak berkaitan dengan anda.

Amaran

Amaran/Peringatan yang dihebohkan melalui pegawai keselamatan bencana adalah pengumuman penting berkenaan dengan proses pemindahan. Selain itu, amaran bencana alam seperti banjir, ribut petir dan sebagainya turut dipaparkan dalam halaman Amaran. Fungsinya adalah berbentuk siaran mesej di dalam aplikasi.

Aplikasi Mobiva Citizen adalah aplikasi percuma yang bergantung pada maklumat dari luar khusus untuk bencana alam. Kami tidak mewakili mana-mana badan kerajaan, perkhidmatan meteorologi negara atau mana-mana penghantar rasmi buletin dan informasi. Maklumat yang terkandung dalam makluman kami adalah petunjuk semata-mata dan tidak boleh digunakan untuk sebarang membuat keputusan tanpa merujuk sumber maklumat rasmi alternatif.

Fungsi

Fungsi ketetapan kontak kecemasan adalah untuk membenarkan pengguna menghantar SOS mesej kepada kontak kecemasan yang telah ditetapkan dalam halaman Ketetapan, bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bantuan segera. Apabila anda mengaktifkan penggera, mesej ringkas beserta lokasi terkini anda akan dihantar kepada kontak kecemasan yang telah anda tetapkan. Sila pastikan mesej ringkas tersebut sah telah dihantar melalui aplikasi pesanan mesej ringkas anda.

Aplikasi Mobiva Citizen digunakan untuk melaporkan bencana alam yang berlaku di kawasan sekitar anda apabila ada risiko akan memudaratkan keselamatan orang lain yang setempat dengan anda. Aplikasi ini juga membantu anda mendapatkan bantuan pantas melalui tetapan nombor telefon pegawai bencana alam nasional. Aplikasi ini juga menawarkan proses pemindahan untuk mendapatkan bantuan keselamatan.

Aplikasi Mobiva Citizen adalah aplikasi komuniti sejagat yang menawarkan perkhidmatan bantuan berdasarkan tetapan liputan kawasan. Jika butang tersebut diaktifkan, maka perkhidmatan bantuan tersedia di kawasan anda.

Mobiva Citizen menawarkan fungsi ringkas butang dail nombor agensi kerajaan nasional dan tempatan yang berkaitan. Pihak kami tidak menawarkan perkhidmatan bantuan kecemasan secara langsung. Nombor telefon kecemasan yang dipaparkan adalah ditetapkan mengikut negara yang didaftarkan. Jika terdapat ralat di dalam nombor telefon yang dipaparkan, sila maklumkan kepada kami melalui email ke support@mobiva.net dan nasihat kami nombor yang betul.

Jika anda tidak membenarkan fungsi GPS di dalam perantin mudah alih, anda berkemungkinan tidak mendapat fungis sepenuhnya dari aplikasi Mobiva Citizen seperti muat turun peta dan menghantar maklumat amaran bencana alam. Tanpa fungsi GPS, anda tidak dapat menghantar lokasi terkini anda kepada kontak kecemasan apabila anda memerlukan bantuan pada waktu kritikal melanda. Kami sangat menyarankan anda sentiasa mengaktifkan fungsi GPS supaya aplikasi Mobiva Citizen dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

Tekan butang tetapan dan tekan butang log keluar. Sila masukkan kata laluan dan tekan butang saya pasti.

Sekiranya anda telah meminta bantuan dari butang halaman Bantuan Perubatan Kecemasan, pihak kecemasan (EMT responder) akan ditugaskan menghulurkan bantuan perubatan kecemasan kepada anda. Apabila pihak kecemasan (EMT responder) memaklumkan ‘Dalam Perjalanan’, anda akan menerima mesej ringkas dan peta halaman Bantuan Perubatan Kecemasan akan dikemaskini dengan lokasi terbaru pihak kecemasan (EMT responder) berada.

Bantuan perubatan yang disediakan oleh gabungan tempatan yang dikawal selia oleh majlis bandaran anda masing-masing. Perkhidmatan bantuan perubatan yang disediakan di dalam aplikasi Mobiva Citizen membenarkan pengguna menghubungi bantuan kecemasan pada bila-bila masa. Panggilan yang anda lakukan akan dikendalikan oleh pusat kecemasan kawasan setempat.

Proses pemindahan hanya dikhaskan untuk anggota pengurusan krisis apabila pemindahan diperlukan pada waktu itu. Anda akan dimaklumkan untuk segera berkumpul di kawasan selamat. Contoh; Sewaktu gempa bumi berlaku, proses pemindahan akan diaktifkan oleh anggota pengurusan krisis untuk memaklumkan pengguna dan juga meggerakkan orang awam untuk segera ke kawasan selamat. Sekiranya anda dimaklumkan amaran proses pemindahan telah diaktifkan, sila ikut arahan dan rujuk peta ke kawasan selamat yang dipaparkan sebagai petunjuk yang telah ditetapkan oleh anggota pengurusan krisis. Setibanya di kawasan selamat, sila akur dengan arahan dari anggota pengurusan krisis untuk tindakan selanjutnya.

Lokasi pemindahan dikawal oleh perbandaran tempatan anda untuk beberapa edisi bergantung pada lokasi. Sekiranya tersedia, anda boleh melihat senarai beberapa nama kawasan. Sila pilih lokasi yang terdekat dengan anda. Sekiranya tiada, proses pemindahan tidak tersedia di kawasan anda berada sekarang. Lokasi proses pemindahan hanya ditetapkan oleh anggota pengurusan keselamatan bangunan. Penggera akan berbunyi apabila proses pemindahan diaktifkan.

Bantuan perubatan hanya diaktifkan sekiranya pusat perbandaran tempatan menawarkan perkhidmatan ini kepada masyarakat. Dalam sesetengah kes, bantuan perubatan disediakan oleh pihak ketiga yang mengenakan bayaran yuran nominal sebagai perkhidmatan dari swasta. Sekiranya terdapat bayaran dikenakan, pengguna akan dimaklumkan sebut harga oleh mereka sebelum khidmat bantuan dihulurkan.

Pentadbir yang ditetapkan ditugaskan oleh pegawai keselamatan perbandaran atau bangunan tempatan yang ditugaskan oleh organisasi.

Bunyi penggera akan berbunyi dan maklumat lokasi anda berada sekarang akan dipaparkan dalam aplikasi mesej ringkas anda kepada kontak kecemasan yang telah anda tetapkan dalam halaman tetapan. Anda perlu memastikan maklumat adalah betul dan tekan butang hantar kepada kontak kecemasan anda.

Jika berlaku pengumuman proses pemindahan atau amaran bencana terkini, kesemua maklumat tersebut akan dipaparkan pada halaman ini.

Setiap amaran bencana alam mempunyai undian undi tolak untuk memastikan amaran terpapar adalah tepat ketika itu. Contoh, jika anda berada di kawasan amaran bencana alam ditanda di halaman bencana alam tetapi ketika itu anda tidak melihat apa-apa bencana alam berlaku, anda boleh menekan butang undi tolak. Setelah beberapa orang mengundi undi tolak pada kawasan tersebut, icon bencana alam tersebut akan dipadamkan dari halaman peta bencana alam.

Privasi dan Data

Penyelesaian

Tidak. Aplikasi Mobiva Citizen memelukan sambungan talian internet tanpa wayar atau data mudah alih untuk menghantar dan menerima maklumat.

Functionalities

Rider/Vendors can cancel a job by pressing Cancel and insert remarks. Jobtracker Team Leaders will be notified.

If the picture is taken from your mobile device itself, it can be uploaded.

Yes, Mobiva Jobtracker provide recording voice notes in jobs as additional information. However, this feature can be disabled by your organization’s administrators.

Functionalities

EMT service requests are received as alerts in Mobiva Jobtracker mobile app. These requests are displayed in Cases. Inside cases, you can view requests by selecting Assign Jobs. Jobs pending dispatch instructions will be listed for you to assign to your EMT members within your team.

You can select View team location in My Jobs screen. A map with each team member’s location is displayed using location markers.

Team member locations is displayed only if they have clocked in. GPS locations can only be obtained if the team member is clocked in and team leaders can only view his team locations within a 200 km radius.

In Mobiva Jobtracker app, jobs are displayed with current status when a team member updates. Each job is tracked from the time of job acceptance, enroute (on-the-way), arrival, job in progress and completion. Jobs are displayed in Jobtracker.

The availability of each team member can be found in team status and a color code system for the member’s name is used. The color green means the member is idle and free to take up any new jobs, Blue means the team member is enroute and on a case, Red means the member is on a job currently and Grey means the team member is not clock in and unavailable.

Messaging using Mobiva Jobtracker app is possible by selecting a team member’s name from Messages tab. In Messages, you can view groups, contacts and alerts. In Contacts, just select the team member’s name to send a message.

Compatibility

Mobiva Jobtracker app supports Android smart phones only and IOS users will need to use our web portal to receive job alerts or register an account via web through https://community.mobiva.net.

The minimum requirements for Android OS to run this application is Android version 5.0 and up.

Functionalities

Although Mobiva Jobtracker is running in the background to ensure you receive alerts and new jobs, your information like GPS location is not collected automatically. GPS information is only obtained when you accept a job and perform the task.

Troubleshooting

If you’re unable to update an alert service or request services, you may be having GPS issues.
Enter flight mode for 5 minutes in Android, by opening your device’s Settings app.
Under Wireless & Networks, tap more. Tap Airplane mode to turn on or off.
If your app won’t open, respond, unexpectedly quits, or shows an error, you can take the following steps.

Check connectivity
Launch your internet browser, type www.google.com and tap Go. If the page fails to load, you may have internet connectivity issues. Check your device manual or internet service provider to restore your connectivity before trying Mobiva Jobtracker again.

Check for Updates

In Android,
Open Settings, look for Software Updates and tap Manually Update. This will search for available updates, and update your Android OS as required. Open Google Play or Huawei App Gallery and tap My apps & games. If a Mobiva Jobtracker update is available, tap Update.
Restart App

For Android
Hit the Recent apps button, find Mobiva Jobtracker and swipe it to the side to close the app. Relaunch Mobiva Jobtracker.

Restart Phone
Press and hold the power button to turn off your phone. Press the power button after a minute to turn on your phone and launch Mobiva Jobtracker.

Reinstall Mobiva Jobtracker app.

Android
Open Google Play or Huawei App Gallery, search for Mobiva Jobtracker and tap on the app. Tap on Uninstall and wait for it to complete. Once it is done, tap on Install and tap open once it is done installing.

If you have forgotten your password, please request your organization’s administrator to reset your password to your email address. You cannot reset the password yourself.

Please contact your organization’s administrator to perform account validation. As your mobile phone number is used by another user account, you are not allowed to create a new account. Mobiva Jobtracker does not allow mobile phone numbers to be duplicated across users. If you are the organization owner and requires support, please connect with us through chat at https://mobiva.net or email us at support@mobiva.net.

If this happens, try restarting the app. It may also be due to no connection to the internet or you have disabled Mobiva Jobtracker’s access to GPS. If it doesn’t work, you can email us at support@mobiva.net or reach us via chat through our website at https://mobiva.net.

Registration

Please check if any of the conditions below applies to you and follow the suggested steps.

  • You have a foreign mobile number that is from a country Mobiva Jobtracker doesn’t have a presence in.
  • Your phone’s SMS filter is switched on.
  • You are in an area with poor cellular connection.
  • You are using a non-mobile phone number.

Logging into account

OTP authentication may fail if you have requested for more than one OTP.
Use the OTP in the latest SMS received and try again.
If you are still unable to authenticate with the OTP received, let us know via Mobiva Jobtracker App Facebook.

Please ensure you are logging in with your organization’s pre-assigned user account details. Your email address and mobile phone number needs to match before you can proceed. You can contact your orgnization’s IT Administrator to verify your user account details before retrying.

Your organization’s IT Administrator or managers can suspend your account or your account was automatically suspended after more than three (3) attempts to log-in with invalid account details. You can contact your organization’s administrator to unlock your account.

If your account is new and have never been authenticated by Mobiva Jobtracker, click on First-time login. Ensure you are using the pre-configured email address and mobile phone number given by your organization. Follow through the registration process to obtain verification codes by email and OTP.

Unregistered email address where the account is not preconfigured by your administrator. Please contact your administrator.

The password entered is invalid. Please enter your registered email and press reset if you have forgotten your password.

Your user account is not authorized for mobile app use. Please contact your administrator to allow access.

Your phone number is already registered in the system. Please contact your administrator to remove the previous registration details or make changes as the system does not allow duplicated phone numbers.

Managing Account

You cannot change the email address and phone number that you have registered with Mobiva Jobtracker. If you require changes, please contact your organization’s administrator. Mobiva Job tracker is an enterprise solution that is controlled by your organization.

You can update your profile picture only by pressing the round icon at the top left of the Profile Page. Profile information cannot be edited as it is controlled by your organization. Choose an image from your camera or via the gallery to change your profile image.

Your user account details can be found in Settings of Mobiva Jobtracker. You can provide your administrator with the info for user related issues. First Time User

To use Mobiva Jobtracker, download from Huawei App Store or Google Playstore. You will need to use your organization’s permission to start using. Obtain a user account from your IT Administrator that is preconfigured with your company email address and select First-time login if you have never login before. It’s quite straightforward and easy to use.

Your organization must have an active subscription plan and your IT administrator must create an account for you using the company’s email address and mobile number. Each user account is tied to your mobile number. Download the Mobiva Jobtracker User app and sign in using registered email & phone number given.

Alerts – Company

Alerts are created by the company’s administrator when there is an important announcement. It is an in-app message broadcast created in CMS.

Functionalities

Setting up emergency contacts allow a user to quickly send an SOS message to your designated contacts for help. When you enable the alarm, a text message with your current location will be sent out. Please ensure you confirm to send out this message in your phone’s text messaging window. A confirmation is required to prevent accidental SOS calls.

Mobiva Jobtracker app is used to monitor work attendance and health being of mobile employees and gig workers. When you clock in to begin your workday, a health declaration is included for the organization, ensuring the well-being of workers.

Questions in relation to your health is important for the organization to perform contact tracing. It enables us to work more efficiently in helping you as time is the essence for outbreak containments.

Limited functionalities are given if you do not allow GPS access, like map loading and submission of self-declaration assessment. Without GPS, you won’t be able to send your current location to your emergency contact when help is needed. You can still receive alerts and jobs. However, if you are accepting assigned jobs, please ensure your GPS is enabled to provide your organization with your location in order to fulfill delivery tracking requirements. We highly recommend you to turn on GPS for the app to function smoothly.

A siren will start and an SMS with your current location will be automatically created in your phone’s messaging and you need to confirm before it is sent to your emergency contacts.

If you have requested for a job/service from Mobiva Jobtracker app, when a rider/vendor accepts and starts working on the job, you will receive a notification. For delivery jobs, when the rider is enroute to your location, a notification is sent to you with the rider’s current location. You can view the location of the assigned rider.

Once a rider is assigned to your job and he is enroute, you will receive an SMS with the rider’s location.

Jobtracker is provided by your organization and information is accessed by the respective administrators of your organization only. We do not share your information. There 2 ways to register as new user either by manual create from button Create an account or button Sign in with Google.

Disaster alerts are country specific. You will need to enter your profile page, to configure where you are located by country. Currently disasters like earthquakes and typhoons are available in Philippines. For other countries in the list, you will only get earthquake alerts. If you do not see your country in the list, you can select “Rest of the world”, however alerts may not be relevant to you. We are in the process of including epidemic alerts due to Covid19 pandemic.

Mobiva Citizen is a community driven application offers services based on location coverage. If a service is available in your area, the buttons are automatically enabled.

Mobiva Citizen only provide users with a one touch button calling function that dials the specific numbers provided by your government and town councils. We do not provide these emergency services. Emergency numbers are country specific and available to the public. If the numbers provided are wrong, please inform us via support@mobiva.net to help us provide a better service to the community. When you write to us, please indicate for which country, the incorrect emergency or helpline telephone numbers with the attached correction required.

If you have requested for medical services from calling Emergency hotline, when an EMT responder is assigned to your case and he is enroute, you will receive an SMS with the dispatcher’s location.

Medical services are provided by local affiliations regulated by your respective town councils. Medical services offered by Mobiva Citizen allows a user to call for medical assistance anytime. Your call will be handled by the emergency contact center locally.

Evacuation is reserved for crisis management personnel whereby when an evacuation is needed, you will receive an alert to request you to evacuate. E.g., during an earthquake, if an evacuation is needed to get citizens to a safe location, the crisis management center will start evacuation procedures. When you see an evacuation alert, please follow the instructions and refer to the exit map to get to a safe location and designated assembly points. Follow the instructions of crisis management personnel at your location.

Evacuation locations are controlled by your local municipal for some editions depending on locations. If it is available, you will be able to see a list of locations. Please select the closest location in the list. Free editions may not always have a location for you to choose. If there are no locations listed, evacuation service is not available at your location. Evacuation locations are designated by your building’s security office. An alarm will be triggered in the event of emergency.

In some locations, medical service option is enabled if the local municipal offers this service to the community. In some cases, it is provided by third party providers that charges a nominal fee for private services. If fees are incurred, prices will be displayed prior to requesting for the service.

Although Mobiva Citizen is running in the background to ensure you receive alerts, your information like GPS location is not collected automatically. GPS information is only obtained when you submit disaster alert.

Troubleshooting

If you’re unable to update an alert service or request services, you may be having GPS issues.
Enter flight mode for 5 minutes in Android, by opening your device’s Settings app.
Under Wireless & Networks, tap more. Tap Airplane mode to turn on or off.
If your app won’t open, respond, unexpectedly quits, or shows an error, you can take the following steps.

Check connectivity
Launch your internet browser, type www.google.com and tap Go. If the page fails to load, you may have internet connectivity issues. Check your device manual or internet service provider to restore your connectivity before trying Mobiva Citizen again.

Check for Updates

In Android,
Open Settings, look for Software Updates and tap Manually Update. This will search for available updates, and update your Android OS as required. Open Google Play and tap My apps & games. If a Mobiva Citizen update is available, tap Update.
Restart App

For Android
Hit the Recent apps button, find Mobiva Citizen and swipe it to the side to close the app. Relaunch Mobiva Citizen.

Restart Phone
Press and hold the power button to turn off your phone. Press the power button after a minute to turn on your phone and launch Mobiva Citizen.

Reinstall Mobiva Citizen app.

Android
Open Google Play, search for Mobiva Citizen and tap on the app. Tap on Uninstall and wait for it to complete. Once it is done, tap on Install and tap open once it is done installing.

If you have forgotten your password, press on page Profile. Press on button Reset password.

As your mobile phone number is used by another user account, you are not allowed to create a new account. Mobiva Citizen does not allow mobile phone numbers to be duplicated across users. Logging into account

OTP authentication may fail if you have requested for more than one OTP.
Use the OTP in the latest SMS received and try again.

Managing Account

You cannot change the email address that you have registered with Mobiva Citizen. However, you may change your phone number via Profile page. At the phone number, type in new phone number and press on button Update. A popup message will require you to enter your new phone number and confirm. An SMS OTP is required for verification.

You can update your profile picture only by pressing the round icon at the top left of the Profile Page. Choose an image from your camera or via the gallery to change your profile image. Profile information can be edited except username & email address.

Functionalities

Drills are practicing sessions that ensure everyone knows how to exit safely as quickly as possible and real is the real emergency. Periodic drill sessions are commonly executed to ensure everyone is ready if an emergency had actually occurred.

Muster points are predesignated locations that do not change. Citizens cannot choose muster points. Only designated evacuation administrators can determine the muster points. During evacuation, an exit map to safety is displayed.
